How It Works

The service has three components:

1. Setup ($450, one-time) We take the time to learn your property — your house rules, your preferred vendors, your guest communication style, your lock system, where you keep supplies. This one-time investment ensures that when you’re away, we can step in seamlessly without disrupting the experience you’ve built for guests.

2. Coverage While You’re Away ($45/day) While you’re traveling, we handle:

• Guest communication — all inquiries, messages, and issues routed through us
• Emergency on-site response — if a guest needs in-person help, we can be there
• Maintenance coordination — connecting guests with the right vendors when something goes wrong
• Check-in support — ensuring smooth arrivals even when you’re in a different time zone

3. Ongoing Annual Option ($200/year) For owners who travel regularly and want consistent coverage available throughout the year, our annual option keeps us “on standby” — familiar with your property and ready to activate on short notice.

What It Isn’t

This service is specifically not full-service co-hosting. We’re not managing your pricing strategy, rewriting your listing, or optimizing your performance. If those are things you’re looking for, our full co-hosting program would be a better fit.
